Looked nice in the photos. What arrived didn’t match. Color and size felt off, and it looked cheaper in person. Wouldn’t have bought it if I’d known.

I wasn’t really happy with what I ended up paying on brecksgifts.com. After I placed my order, I saw similar items on other sites for less, which was frustrating. Then with the shipping and extra fees added on, it just felt like they made the whole pricing issue my problem. Some of the items might be nice, but for what I paid, I expected a much better deal. I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I ordered a gift because it said it would get here in about a week, and I really regret trusting that. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on, and it ended up arriving after the birthday had already passed. I reached out to customer service, but the replies were vague and didn’t help much. i wish I had ordered from somewhere else. I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered from Breck's Gifts the packaging was terrible. The box showed up crushed, and everything inside was basically just loose with hardly any padding. A couple of the items had scuffs, which is really frustrating since this was supposed to be a gift order. I also tried to get answers about it, but I kept getting different responses depending on who I talked to, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Disappointing overall. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I was really disappointed when my order showed up completely crushed, with dirt spilling out everywhere. The plant was mostly broken by the time I opened it, which was frustrating. I expected it to arrive in much better condition. If this is how orders are going to be shipped, I’m not sure I’d order from here again...

"Not as unique as I hoped"
I checked out Breck's Gifts because I was hoping to find something a little different, but most of the gifts felt ordinary. A lot of it looked like stuff I’ve already seen on other websites, so nothing really made me stop and think, “Oh, that’s perfect.”
The site itself wasn’t hard to browse, but I did have a few moments where I was like, why is this so complicated just to find a fun gift? The ideas felt kind of bland, and I expected more options that felt personal or creative.

It might be fine if you just need a quick gift and aren’t too picky, but I was looking for something more unique and ended up disappointed. I left without buying anything.

I tried to cancel my order not long after placing it, it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they did, the answers were vague and didn’t really tell me what was actually happening.
It felt like the goalposts kept moving — first it seemed like cancellation might be possible, then suddenly it was too late, then I was just stuck waiting again. By the time anyone gave me a straight answer, there was apparently nothing they could do. Super frustrating, and I won’t be ordering from brecksgifts.com again.

The color looked nothing like the pictures. I thought I was getting a soft red. It showed up more orange and kind of dull. I wish there had been customer photos. Disappointing. I probably won’t order again

"Selection felt limited"
I was looking for a nice gift, but the selection just didn’t do much for me. I already had a feeling it might be one of those sites where everything looks kind of similar, and that’s basically what I found. A lot of the items felt samey, and nothing really jumped out as a good pick. For a gift site, I expected more variety for different ages and occasions. I ended up leaving without buying anything, which was disappointing.

I was really disappointed with this. A friend had recommended it to me, so I expected it to be decent, but it ended up breaking the very first day I used it. The quality just feels cheap, and I wouldn’t buy it again.
